Lyndsey offers various services to individuals dealing with depression, including psychotherapy (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or various other types of therapy depending on needs) to address negative thought patterns and improve coping strategies as well as supportive counseling to provide emotional validation and encouragement.
Anxiety
Lyndsey offers tailored services to help individuals manage anxiety, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify and challenge irrational thoughts, relaxation techniques to reduce physical symptoms, and exposure therapy to gradually confront feared situations.
Grief/Loss
Lyndsey is compassionate, emapthetic, a good listener, and understands the pain associated with the loss of a loved one, a job, a pet, a relationship, or something else you may be grieving.
Trauma, PTSD, Suicidal Ideations, Self-Harm
Lyndsey helps clients process traumatic events that have happened to them in their lives by using a variety of different techniques.

Emotional Support Animal Evaluations
Lyndsey has been assisting clients over the past year by conducting emotional support animal evaluations and writing letters to landlords for clients who qualify for emotional support animals.
My Treatment Approaches
I would consider myself mostly a cognitive behavioral therapist, however, I utilize a variety of different treatment approaches depending on your indiviudal needs i.e., psychodynamic, solution focused, CPT, exposure therapy, interpersonal, mindfulness, trauma focused, Gestalt, DBT, narrative, EFT, compassionate, supportive, Humanstic, Existenialism.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Lyndsey helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thought patterns, view situations more clearly, respond to them in a more effective way, and improve coping strategies.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Lyndsey uses Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for people who have difficulty managing and regulating their emotions. DBT has proven to be effective for treating and managing a wide range of mental health conditions that Lyndsey treats, including: Borderline personality disorder (BPD), self-harm, suicidal behavior, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety.
Grief Therapy
Lyndsey is empathetic, compassionate, supportive, provides emotional validation and grief psychoeducation to help clients who are experiencing grief in many forms such as the loss of a relationship, job, significant other, family members, pets, and friends.
